How is the membership card sent to me?

Upon completing the signup process, you can conveniently acquire your Membership pass by downloading it to your mobile wallet. Simply follow the provided instructions, which take only a minute. This digital pass serves as your key to unlocking exclusive benefits within our loyalty program.

How can I redeem the offers using my membership?

When visiting our restaurant, inform our staff of your desire to redeem a particular offer before placing your order. Present your digital membership pass or provide the necessary details. Our staff will scan the QR code on your pass and verify the offer, ensuring a seamless redemption process.

Can I sign up in the Restaurant?

Certainly! To enroll in our loyalty program in person, approach any of our staff members at the restaurant. They will gladly assist you with the signup process, providing all the necessary information to start enjoying the benefits of our loyalty program.

How many guests does one membership cover?

A single membership covers themselves and up to 2 guests in total for some rewards. This is clarified on each individual reward. If your party exceeds 2 individuals, additional guests will need to sign up for their own membership card to fully enjoy the exclusive benefits of our rewards program. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to extend these perks to all our valued patrons.

  • To keep our rewards program thriving for everyone, a minimum average spend of £15 per guest applies to our menu when using
